We’re Here to Help, How to Make a Complaint

Stage 1: Get in Touch With Us
If you’d like to make a complaint about Cougar Power’s energy, broadband, or mobile comparison and switching services, our Customer Services team is ready to help.

Our team aims to respond within 2–5 working days and will do everything they can to resolve your issue quickly and fairly.
Stage 2: Senior Management Review
If you’re not satisfied with the outcome of Stage 1, you can request an internal review. Your complaint will be escalated to a senior manager, who will take a fresh look at the situation, investigate thoroughly, and work with you toward a fair resolution.
